My massage style is rooted in traditional Swedish massage which gives my touch a sweet, gentle undercurrent even as I push layers of muscle that  have long lay dormant into active circulation.  I work with the muscle, the fascia, and nervous system in unison to create a symphony of movement and sensation sure to lull the mind into a restful state and allow the body to enter a deep, healing relaxation.

I create each massage to fit my client individually.  The massage opens shoulders and hips, initiates lymphatic flow through the core of the body, encourages deep relaxation, increases circulation to spinal cord and the root nerves, relaxes the inter-vertebral and inter-costal muscles.  I use a series of hand techniques and stretching techniques to release the occipital region at the atlas and axis,  inner and outer thigh, quadra-cepts, buttocks, deep hip rotators, and the ham-strings.  I sometimes use my full body weight to work deep into sciatic areas, and to compress and get circulation to the sacral area.  I always give a great reflexology treatment to feet, ankles and shins, hands, wrists, and elbows.  I work warmly into the occipital region, and massage gently the head, face, and neck.  To end the massage I generally create a funnel of golden healing energy and surround your form and bathe your energy in pure Source essence.

My clients report heightened awareness, relaxation, a “floating” sensation, and feeling “all stretched out”.   I am told that my charge of $65 for one hour, $100 for 1&1/2 hr, or $130 for 2 hrs is a bargain when compared with other practitioners at a similar skill level.

I have openings available as early as 10 am, and as late as 7:30 pm.  I usually only give two massages per  day which allows me to keep my work quality high, and to spend a lot of time with my family.
