于2003-2007年,在武汉大学生命科学学院获理学学士学位;2008-2013年,在中国科学院水生生物研究所获理学博士学位,并留所工作,任助理研究员;2017年晋升为副研究员。自工作以来,面向国家重大需求,致力于阐明鱼类耐低氧和抗病性状的分子遗传机制,为鱼类抗逆和抗病新品种的培育提供理论和技术支撑。迄今,已主持了国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目,湖北省自然科学基金青年项目、杰出青年基金项目,中国科学院B类先导专项项目,国家重点研发计划子课题等;入选了中国科学院青年创新促进会并获得专项人才资助。此外,作为科研骨干参与了国家自然科学基金重点项目、重点研发计划、以及中国科学院A类先导专项等项目的研究工作。已发表SCI论文50篇,其中第一或通讯作者论文21篇;以第一发明人获授权发明专利3项。鉴定到SET7、SIRT5、SMYD3、PHD3、SIRT7等多个与鱼类耐低氧和抗病性状相关的关键靶标基因。基于这些靶标基因,利用CRISPR\/Cas9基因编辑技术,在草鱼、鲫、鲢和翘嘴鲌等多种养殖鱼类中,开展了抗逆、抗病新种质的创制,获得了多个耐低氧和抗病的经济鱼类新种质。获得了研究所2015年度青年科技奖、优秀论文奖;2020年度杰出创新奖和2021年度杰出创新奖;2020年度研究所首届“科研青年学者”荣誉称号,2022年入选中国科学院首批特聘研究骨干。<\/p>
