甘南琴,2002年毕业于武汉大学,获理学博士学位,先后在美国乔治敦大学(Georgetown University)和美国加州大学河滨分校(California University Riverside)做博士后和访问学者研究工作,现为中国科学院水生生物研究所研究员、博士生导师。总的来说围绕水华蓝藻及其毒素开展了系列工作,在蓝藻水华发生过程中藻菌互作机制、蓝藻毒素分析技术与生物学功能等方面取得了较为系统深入的研究结果。在J Biol. Chem., Environ. Microbiol., Appl. & Environ. Microbiol., Water Research等国际重要期刊发表研究论文80余篇。获得国家授权专利6项。执笔起草国家标准2项(水中微囊藻毒素的测定,GB\/T 20466-2006; 水产品中微囊藻毒素的测定,GB 5009.273-2016)。<\/p>
