中国科学院人才计划引进研究员;博士生导师、中国科学院水生生物研究所水生生物蛋白质组学课题组组长、分析测试中心主任。山东大学学士,中国科学院武汉病毒研究所硕士,新加坡国立大学博士。多年来从事功能蛋白质组学领域相关的研究工作,首次完成并报道了模式蓝藻和硅藻的蛋白质组精细图谱,建立了完整的适用于各种已经测序的模式生物蛋白基因组学分析流程;发展了基于质谱的蛋白质翻译后修饰的鉴定技术,建立了水生模式生物中蛋白质翻译后修饰的大规模、系统发现的技术方法;揭示了水生模式生物中磷酸化、乙酰化、琥珀酰化等重要蛋白质翻译后修饰在光合作用及能量代谢过程中的功能及其分子作用机制;开创了水生生物功能蛋白质组学这一新的研究领域。近年来在PNAS,Molecular Plant,New Phytologist, Plant Physiology, Molecular and Cellular Proteomics等国际专业杂志发表通讯作者论文50 多篇。担任Water Biology and Security. Frontiers in Plant Science等国际专业杂志编辑。作为课题负责人承担有国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金面上和重大研究计划项目、中科院先导等多项课题研究。目前的研究兴趣主要集中在:(1)蛋白质翻译后修饰组学及其功能研究; (2)重要模式生物的蛋白基因组学(Proteogenomics)分析;(3) 蓝细菌RNA修饰及其调控机制。<\/p><\/div>" var yjfx="
