黄开耀,中国科学院水生生物研究所研究员、博士生导师。2004年获德国Freiburg大学分子遗传学博士学位,2010 年在美国耶鲁大学Joel Rosenbaum教授实验室完成博士后研究,2011 年回国研究团队。2012 年入选中国科学院和武汉市人才项目。<\/p>
其研究方向聚焦于藻类细胞生物学与合成生物学,重点探索纤毛、叶绿体等细胞器的形成、解聚与功能调控机制,并将相关基础发现拓展至工程化与应用领域。近年来,结合合成生物学与系统生物学等方法,推进藻源硒功能产品、虾青素及纳米级超声造影剂等生物材料的产业化研究。<\/p>
黄开耀研究员先后主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目、基金委“0–1”探索性项目、湖北省技术创新重大专项,并担任国家重点研发计划“合成生物学”方向课题负责人及中国科学院先导B项目负责人。研究成果发表在Nature、PNAS、Journal of Cell Biology、Current Biology、eLife 等国际著名学术期刊。<\/p><\/div>" var yjfx="
藻类细胞与合成生物学学科长期聚焦纤毛、叶绿体、酸钙体及气囊等重要细胞器的结构、发生与功能研究。因此通过解析细胞器形成、组装及其功能调控的分子机制,系统探究真核细胞起源、环境适应与演化的规律。在此基础上,开展细胞器的理性设计与人工构建研究,推动其在绿色制造、人类健康与现代农业等国家重大需求领域中的应用。<\/p>
